Grantmaking

The Catholic Community Foundation manages a number of grants and makes them available to Diocesan agencies, schools, parishes and programs and other faith-based or nonprofit organizations located within the Diocese of Cleveland, whose missions are consistent with the moral and social teaching of the Catholic Church.

At this time, we are not able to fund requests for annual appeals or membership drives, endowment funds or grants to individuals. The Foundation does not award multi-year grants, but grantees may apply for funding in consecutive years.

Please view our list of grants and guidelines below and contact Lauren Gannon, 216-696-6525 ext. 4200 for a grant application or more information.
