Alleluia Ball 2017

Better Together

The Catholic Community Foundation is pleased to announce that the 2017 Alleluia Ball raised $950,000

Thank you!

According to Executive Director Patrick Grace, “We are grateful for the amazing support of this signature event, which benefits Better Together, a new and exciting initiative for our Catholic schools that will provide the resources necessary to invite and embrace students no matter their learning styles or challenges.”

Nearly 1,000 guests attended The 2017 Alleluia Ball on Saturday, October 14 at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland.

This year's gala supported a bold new initiative to educate students who are exceptional learners at Catholic schools. "Better Together" is a plan to acquire key resources to develop or enhance inclusion programs at an initial cohort of 46 Catholic schools in Northeast Ohio.

Proceeds from the Alleluia Ball will provide start-up funding at both the diocesan and individual school level. These funds will provide staffing, training, resources and professional development, and operational support so that our learning community can better serve all of God’s children. Together, we can build a foundation from which we can expand, ensuring our schools work toward meeting the needs of all children and that they can benefit from all that a Catholic education offers.
