This year #weGiveCatholic is conducting a video contest that's open to all Catholic parishes, Catholic schools, Catholic Charities programs/sites, and Catholic nonprofits that are registered to participate in #weGiveCatholic 2020.

We challenge you to create a 30-second video to tell your story, give your elevator pitch, and/or tell an impactful story from your organization.

Why should the world support your non-profit during #weGiveCatholic? Get creative, pull on heartstrings, and think outside of the box. The #weGiveCatholic Video Challenge is about YOUR impact in our community.. Make sure that your video mentions #weGiveCatholic in some way. Get creative! You have until November 13, 2020 at Midnight to submit your video.

Voting will be open to the general public from November 15 - 21, 2020. Your video can be polished, or self-made. Include the name of your nonprofit in your video.

Here are the simple steps to get started!

1) Record a 30-second video showing why people should support your organization during #weGiveCatholic in the most creative and intersting way..
2) Upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo (FREE).
3) Submit your entry on the Entry Form here.
4) Encourage your supporters to vote for you every day from Nov.15-21.


One $500 prize will be awarded to the top video in each of the following categories:

  • Catholic Nonprofits or Catholic Charities Sites/Programs
  • Catholic Parishes
  • Catholic Schools
