Every Thanksgiving, Catholic Charities opens its doors to neighbors across Northeast Ohio—offering a warm meal, welcoming smiles, and a safe place to belong. For many, it’s more than just a meal; it’s a moment of comfort, connection, and hope during a season that can be difficult and lonely.
This Thanksgiving tradition is a living reflection of what it means to be a channel of God’s peace: to feed the hungry, welcome the stranger, and bring people together as one family. Through simple acts of care, we can show God’s love in a way that touches hearts and changes lives.
Last Thanksgiving, more than 15,000 people found nourishment and comfort around our tables. Each plate carried not only food, but the priceless gift of being seen, valued, and loved—reminding every person who walked through our doors that they belong.
As we prepare once again to set the table, we invite you to join us in this mission. Your support helps ensure that every neighbor who comes through our doors this Thanksgiving is met with warmth, nourishment, and hope. Together, we can make the love of Christ visible—one meal, one smile, one act of peace at a time.
