Patrick Grace presently serves as the Executive Director of the Catholic Community Foundation (CFF), a position he has held since 2007. With more than 25 years of fundraising and advancement experience, Patrick is responsible for the growth and strategic oversight of the CCF and leading a team of dedicated staff who support the CCF and diocese’s mission. His responsibilities include direction and management of all advancement and development initiatives for the Diocese of Cleveland. In addition to raising nearly $23 million annually via annual appeals, major and special gift initiatives, the CCF manages a $190 million investment portfolio and its related distribution processes on behalf of the diocese and its 187 parishes.
Prior to joining the diocese in 1995, Patrick worked for Community Counselling Service, a national fundraising and public relations consultant firm.
In addition to his work with the Diocese, Patrick is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Board of the International Catholic Stewardship Council. He is an alum of St. Ignatius High School and Marquette University. He is also the former president of Marquette’s NE Ohio alumni chapter. Patrick is a member of the St. Luke parish in Lakewood, Ohio, where he, his wife, and three children are members.
