Tim Isabella serves as a Relationship Manager for the Catholic Community Foundation (CCF) in its mission to foster faith-based stewardship within Diocese of Cleveland. He works closely with generous supporters who are interested in providing financial resources for their parish and other important charitable needs within our Catholic Community.
Tim began his work with the Catholic Community Foundation in October of 2025. Before joining the Foundation, he worked in different fundraising roles the past 10 years in our Catholic high schools throughout Northeast Ohio. He was the Director of Advancement at Cleveland Central Catholic High School (2023-2025) and St. Vincent-St. Mary High School (2020-2023) and served as a Major Gift Officer at his alma mater, St. Edward High School (2015-2020).
Tim grew up in Cleveland (West Park neighborhood) and attended St. Mel grade school. He is the oldest of six children and blessed with five younger sisters. Tim’s parents were devout Catholics serving their parishes of St. Mel and later St. Mark.
Tim has been married to his lovely wife, Dionne, since 1997. The Lord has blessed them with two wonderful daughters, Marissa and Grace. A parishioner at St. Colette in Brunswick, Tim is involved with Brothers in Faith prayer team and a former board member of St. Kizito Foundation, serving over 300 children and their families in Uganda, Africa.
Above all, Tim loves his Catholic faith and is grateful for the opportunity to meet and have conversations with individuals who have an interest in supporting our Catholic ministries here at the Catholic Community Foundation and serving the people of our Diocese.
