Legacy Giving Toolkit
To help parishes inspire a lasting legacy of faith, the Catholic Community Foundation offers complimentary resources to introduce parishioners to the 2033 Legacy Society. The materials below are templates that can be customized to your parish to support with implementing a full legacy giving strategy.
The 2033 Legacy Society is a recognition society which honors parishioners who have included their parish in their estate plans with a future legacy gift. Inspired by the 2,000th anniversary of Christ’s death and Resurrection—the birth of the Church—the Society celebrates faithful stewardship while helping ensure that every parish remains a vibrant center of worship, evangelization, and service for generations to come.
Legacy Giving Toolkit (CONDENSED)
By educating, informing and creating awareness about estate planning and legacy giving, you will be offering parishioners the chance to name the parish as a beneficiary of their will, trust, retirement account or life insurance policy – and express their gratitude to God.
