ASF Distribution Process - 2025/ 2026 School Year
Schools will receive their available distribution amounts in June. The below resources will help you complete your ASF recommendation. This needs to be emailed to asf@dioceseofcleveland.org by Monday, September 1st, 2025.
In order for a student to be considered for ASF funds designated to your school, they must complete an ASF application. The ASF Team will update your school's applicant list every week by Friday. Here is the link to the ASF application, one application must be completed per student. This flyer can be used as an additional way to promote this to your families. As a reminder we are encouraging a May 1, 2025 deadline, but the application will officially close on August 15, 2025.

Notes for Awarding:
- Students on the award list must have a completed application through our ASF diocesan application (they will be listed on the application results spreadsheet shared with you by our office). They are considered complete if listed as "Above" or "Below" 300% FPL
- You must use the FPL Listed in the results spreadsheet to make awards for students. Do not use other sources (i.e. FACTS, EdChoice) to list the student as above or below 300%
- Applicants that are below 300% FPL must have their entire tuition gap filled before students that are above 300% FPL will be approved for an award. In other words, for students below 300% FPL the Recommended Award $ for Tuition must either- reduce the tuition gap to $0, or the Comments/Justification field has to include an explanation of how the remaining tuition gap is being funded (e.g., parish grant, Fund A Dream scholarship, etc.).
